Neiss Labs Limited is the best option as a contract manufacturing company.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are located in India with WHO-GMP certification and approval from major regulators around the world. These factors confirm us as the best contract manufacturing pharmaceutical company.
Neiss Labs has dedicated manufacturing areas for different dosage forms. The production areas are designed to maximize output quality and quantity with minimal down time. One such feature is the availability of a service floor above each sterile manufacturing area for providing the best manufacturing conditions and to enable the maintenance of the utilities without disturbing the sterile areas below.
Pharma manufacturing areas at Neiss labs are broadly divided into sterile and semi-sterile areas. Both of these areas are supplied with forced air ventilation supplied by independent supply systems for individual department. All sterile areas are centrally air-conditioned and supplied by independent utility supply systems for individual department.
We have ability to manufacture
The critical work areas within the semi-sterile areas are also centrally air-conditioned.
The independent supply systems are fed with separated air handling units to avoid cross air contamination. Pressure gradients are maintained and monitored. The required air quality of class 100, 1000, 10,000 and class 100,000 are also maintained.
The combination of man, material, machinery and systems enables Neiss Labs to produce a range of very high quality products. The manufacturing process spanning all phases from raw material handling to finished goods storage is well laid out and validated. Each process is strictly followed for all product forms. Every step is documented in detail. Historical data is also maintained for future reference.
The core purpose is to increase customer value with managed resources. As a lean contract manufacturing pharmaceutical company, Neiss attempts to understand the importance of customer value while focusing on the key processes to cater to it. The larger goal is to extend the best value to the customer through a zero waste process.
To achieve this lean organizational structure, Neiss has shifted its focus to the optimization of the flow of
through value institutions that flow horizontally (instead of vertically) across technologies, assets, and departments to customers.
Such optimzation helps us manage human resource, space, capital and time. The end results are products manufactured and services offered with reduced defects as compared to traditional corporate structures. Neiss is now able to respond to evolving customer demands with variety, quality and cost-efficacy. MIS has also become more simple and perfect. Each of these factors contribute to better contract manufacturing services.
